We are developing our business with a focus on testing equipment imports and sales as well as manufacturing and sales. In our import and sales business we became the exclusive Japanese agent of the US testing equipment manufacturer VIC, and the US vacuum device parts manufacturer VRC. In our testing equipment business we manufacture and sell our original JSA-014Mass air leak detector. This direct-reading type leak testing equipment does not use helium. We are working to cultivate new customers. We do business with NGK Spark Plug, Aisin Seiki, Fujitsu, and many other domestic Japanese companies. We also provide repair and maintenance support.

[Product description] We can use our leak testing service to solve problems for customers who have worries or issues regarding airtightness evaluations and leak testing for their products. It goes without saying that our leak testing equipment can support customers who will introduce helium leak detectors, air leak testing equipment, testers, and so on. We also support customers who want or need to perform leak value measurement and product evaluation for the use of equipment. Service name: Consignment leak testing service. Applicable test types: Helium leak testing and air leak testing (measurement of the air leak value by using an air leak tester). *We do not support pressure-proof testing. Applicable pressure value in air leak testing: 20 kPa to 600 kPa. (Please consult us for pressure outside this range.) Applicable pressure value of helium gas: Up to 0.6 MPa. *The creation of product quality criteria is not included in our consignment leak testing service. We also do not conduct pass/fail judgment of product quality. We report the tested value only as the test result. We thank you for your understanding. [Major facilities and equipment] Equipment corresponding to helium leak testing: MS40 type portable helium leak detector made by the Vacuum Instrument Corporation (VIC) in the US; MD490S type sniffer-type helium leak detector made by the Vacuum Instrument Corporation (VIC) in the US; MS60 type high-sensitivity helium leak detector made by VIC in the US; MS50 type wide-range helium leak detector, vacuum chamber, vacuum pump, and chamber for helium gas pressurization made by VIC in the US. Equipment corresponding to air leak testing: JSA-014Mass type air leak detector made by our company; mass flow controller (made by Azbil); and so on.
