Other presentation

This is why we can integrate crane-related work from planning, design, and manufacturing to installation, inspection, and maintenance within the company. Our advantage is that we possess sufficient corporate power based on our experience to manage cranes from planning to disposal throughout their lifecycle. We also attend cooperative meetings on safety sponsored by customers to voluntarily improve safety in crane work and operations. Our company is a crane professional and we provide crane safety and security to our customers. [Business description] Our company provides comprehensive services regarding heavy-duty transport machines for factory use, with a focus on factory crane manufacturing and inspection. (5) We provide various kinds of crane work (crane installation, demolition and alteration, rail renewal, etc.). [Industry] General machinery manufacturing [Strength of products/technologies] We have been meeting severe requests from major companies. We possess the following advantages with regard to our products and services. Advantages about crane manufacturing and installation: We can reliably secure quality and carry out design, manufacturing, and installation processes within the company. We have established safe work based on our wealth of experience in working under severe working conditions and safety rules. Advantages about inspection and maintenance services: We observe an entire crane by using an aerial lift truck for inspections. We can conduct high-level fault and deterioration diagnoses by integrating design, manufacturing, and quality assurance. We consider the results of fault and deterioration diagnoses so we can propose improvement measures for preventive maintenance. We can also inspect cranes and hoists made by other manufacturers, and we also reinforce cranes and overhaul hoists. [Representative's message] Industrial cranes that move heavy items have a long history. Their structures and mechanisms do not improve or evolve significantly because of their long product lifecycles. Companies that manufacture and inspect cranes have also become more specialized due to many years of cost competition. This is why a decreasing number of companies are capable of managing cranes throughout their lifecycles. We have secured total technologies by meeting customer requests from major companies. Our company is a manufacturer capable of total crane management even at domestic Japanese production sites that feature ageing cranes that were installed in the era of high economic growth. We believe we are also leading other companies in safety management, thanks to customer guidance from major companies. We manage these techniques with the support of four kinds of corporate power: technical power, manufacturing power, maintenance power, and safety power. We aim to extend our sales channels by means of sales activities. [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion] Sales channel development: Nine crane sales staff members are in charge of receiving inquiries. These include inquiries about crane and running rail renewal or installation, repair and alteration, consultation about heavy-duty transport machines for factory use, and deterioration and risk diagnoses. We have eight people from the technical department and 11 people from the production department assigned to work and technical matters. Our inspection team of about 30 people is in charge of crane inspection and maintenance (small work). A four-member team is working on safety matters both within and outside the company. Our areas of activity comprise the Tokai and northern Kyushu regions, but we can cover many areas if they are in Japan.
