In-house integrated production of aluminum casting parts (sand casting–heat treatment–machine processing)

We have been involved in aluminum casting since we were founded in 1958. We produce parts for industrial, transportation, and inspection equipment that make use of the characteristic advantages of aluminum casting, such as flywheel housings and robot arms. We offer an in-house integrated production system for controlled delivery dates and guaranteed quality and manufacture aluminum, castings, and sand casting products, in addition to large products, small-quantity products, high-strength products, and high-precision products so that we can continue monozukuri craftsmanship in Japan. Our casting facilities offer the largest automatic molding line frame size in Japan. In 2014, we established a new unmanned processing factory that offers five-axis processing in a temperature-controlled environment.
