[Company strength]
We have acquired ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO/TS 16949 certification. Our business is mainly based on continuous mesh belt, batch, and vacuum furnaces. We are working to refine our technology and quality and to preserve the environment in order to achieve high quality and low cost as a factory authorized by automobile companies.

We offer thermal treatment of metals such as structural steel, high-speed tool steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, and tool steel.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We possess a number of continuous mesh belt non-oxidizing furnaces: two for water quenching and tempering, four for oil quenching and tempering, and two for carburizing quenching and tempering. We also possess three non-oxidizing quenching and tempering batch furnaces (water vapor processing), and a three-chamber vacuum furnace.

[Representative's message]
We handle many kinds of thermal treatment as a factory authorized by automobile companies, including nut and bolt parts, door parts, and engine supercharger parts. Recently we have also been supplying thermal treatment services in a wide range of fields including construction machines, machine tools, farm machines, and home electronics appliances. We introduced a batch furnace in 2013, which applies water vapor processing to create a magnetite film on the product surface. In April 2015 we introduced some of the few continuous mesh belt furnaces in Japan, in which heating is conducted under a non-oxidizing atmosphere before water cooling. We also hope to continue to offer thermal treatment technology that satisfies customer needs.



[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have established an in-house sales department that handles consultations and questions about thermal treatment. The quality assurance and production engineering departments will also contribute as required. Our whole company will support customers to find solutions to thermal treatment issues.

[Market share/Ranking]
We have a share of about 80% of the domestic Japanese market for thermal treatment of inner nuts and wheel pins for large trucks. We have a share of 35% of the domestic Japanese market for engine valve cotters, and a global share of 17%.
