We are a titanium alloy product manufacturer that handles wire rod part processing for eyeglasses and medical equipment. 

Our main line of business is manufacturing and selling metal parts for eyeglasses and medical equipment. We have an integrated production system for fabricating, swaging, pressing, cutting, and polishing titanium alloy wire rods. We can provide high-precision, irregularly shaped titanium alloy products in high-mix low-volume production with a short manufacturing time. Our main products are high-end eyeglass parts, which are made entirely in-house in integrated production from material procurement to polishing. We excel at handling difficult-to-process titanium and titanium alloy materials, including 0.01-mm precision machining, cold forging, and swaging of rotary cold forging products. Recently we have been trying to do business in the field of general medical equipment part production in addition to eyeglass parts.

[Company strength]
Our company excels at high-precision and irregular shape machining, and cold forging with titanium, titanium alloy and NT alloys, which are known as lightweight, durable materials among metals. We process materials under an integrated production system for handling all processes from material procurement to swaging, press working, machining, and polishing, even in high-mix low-volume production. This is how we realize quick deliveries and low costs. Titanium is five times stronger than stainless steel, B-Ti is 18 times stronger, and ultra-elastic materials are 40 times stronger. We can cut these materials in irregular shapes with high precision even in high-mix low-volume production in a short turnaround.

Our company manufactures and sells metal parts for eyeglasses and medical use. We handle difficult-to-cut titanium and titanium alloy wire rods, and provide plastic working, swaging, press working, machining, and polishing services. We excel at precision machining of titanium alloy, and we can realize irregular shapes and 0.01-mm high precision. We mainly produce parts for eyeglasses. We also manufacture medical equipment parts under an integrated production system for delivering high-mix low-volume production of high-precision, irregularly shaped titanium alloy products with a short turnaround.

Our main products are high-end eyeglass parts, which require high-precision (0.01 mm) machining in irregular dual patterns and shapes. We have an integrated production system to control all processes including material procurement, swaging, press working, machining, and polishing. This is done to manage our technologies and still realize high-mix low-volume production in a short turnaround. We excel at processing difficult-to-process titanium and titanium alloy materials, such as 0.01-mm precision machining, cold forging, and swaging of rotary cold forging products.

Our company has been dedicated to producing metal eyeglass parts for over 40 years since our establishment in 1975. We started out with machining alloys, and then added titanium and titanium alloys to our services. Our current main material is titanium alloy, which is regarded as being difficult to machine. We established a production system that ensures high-mix low-volume production in a short turnaround to pursue high-precision irregular-shape machining technologies required for high-end eyeglass parts. Our management policy since our establishment has been sound and modest. We applied for the opportunity to list in J-GoodTech so we can actively make proposals in non-eyeglass part fields, and to receive orders for medical equipment production. This will be done by making use of our technology and production system.

Our organization has a newly established project team to make use of the merits of our technology and production system. Our goal is to enter different high-precision, irregular-shape titanium alloy machining fields other than eyeglass parts, such as medical equipment parts. This team is looking for customers operating in Europe and the US.
