We develop liquid packages that prevent air inflow and outflow.

Our company has been developing and manufacturing liquid packages and fillers since its foundation. In 2009 we developed the PID next-generation packages by making use of a unique function that stops air from coming in even with repeated pouring after opening. This prevents oxidation due to air, protects the contents from discoloration, and suppresses invasion by microorganisms. PID has been adopted for soy sauce, edible oil, and dressing packages, and it is being delivered to Yamasa Corporation and Kubara Honke. In 2014 we won the Silver Prize in the World Tour Awards at the SIAL international food exhibition (Paris). We are enjoying great popularity in Japan and abroad.

[Company strength]
Our company developed and commercialized our PID product in 2009. This is a world-first next-generation liquid package, which has a check function and prevents air from coming in despite repeated use. We possess technologies for fillers as well as packaging materials. We prioritize packaging material and filling equipment R&D to promote this development. Our PID product is highly appreciated in Japan and abroad. We will proceed with preparations for overseas expansion.

[Business description]
We manufacture and sell various fillers and packaging materials for Pouch in Dispenser (PID) next-generation liquid containers, which prevent contact with air even after opening. We develop and sell mass-production and manual fillers to implement this function, as well as pouring valves, film, and external containers as packaging materials. Our company always promotes the development of new technologies as well as equipment and packaging materials. We will continue to provide new products and technologies.

[Strength of products/technologies]
The PID product developed by our company has the features noted below.
(1) Fresh until used up: Our unique check function stops air from coming in even with repeated pouring after opening. This prevents oxidation due to air, protects the contents from discoloration, and suppresses invasion by microorganisms.
(2) Eco package: Thin laminate film is used to greatly reduce the amount of plastic consumption.
(3) Free capacity: The container can be freely designed from small-capacity to large-capacity because it is made of film.
(4) Filler production from small to large lots: We have commercialized fillers from high-speed models for mass production to manual models, and we support production from small lots to mass production.

[Representative's message]
Regardless all ages and countries, humankind has been developed several kinds of packaging technology so far, with putting out the wisdom for using liquid in order to live over a long term. These were executed for the purpose of easy transportation and storage in our life. Especially, after the 20th Century new packages were developed by several inventors using new materials such as paper, plastic and achieved big progress.  We started the operation at Sanjo-city Niigata located middle area of Japan from July in 2007, and then continue to develop the product for the purpose of willing to people. We succeeded to develop the next generation's package called Pouch In Dispenser (PID) which nozzle is equipped backflow prevented function, as one of our developed results.   P.I.D. is an innovative package for liquid, also has equipped keep on closed condition after opened and freshness. In the meantime, this technology has been developed in Japan.   We previously have been accumulated these kinds of technology such as film, packaging, filling due to being continued research and development. In addition, we enhanced development after founding in cooperation with outside research lab, local companies   I think it is absolutely important we should advance for creating new value with having challenge spirit even though facing difficulties.   Our technology is contribution for society is a great pleasure for me. I will provide new value and continue to contribute for the society with keeping on challenge spirit.  

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our company has a sales department in the Tokyo sales office to deal with inquiries from Japan and abroad. One engineer answers technical questions, and overseas inquiries are accepted in English by e-mail or telephone. We also accept telephone and video conferences and handle them as required.
