We offer press working of small parts in all lot sizes, from prototype making to mass production of one million pieces.
Our customers are mostly electrical part manufacturers. We provide press working and precision sheet metal working for small parts that are to be embedded in automobiles, electric appliances, kitchen equipment, and medical devices. We specialize in small, palm-sized metal parts (from 4 to 5 to 100 mm long, and 0.02 to 50 g in weight) in lot sizes of one to one million. These parts are subject to frequent design changes at any stage even before and after mass production. This is why we try to reflect changes made after initial orders by working closely with the customer from the prototype stage. We try not to disrupt our customers’ business from our side of manufacturing operations.
