Sanshin Seisakusho Co., Ltd.
We manufacture micro, fine, and small metal parts on the basis of the craftsmanship of our expert craftsmen.
Our goal is to be a local factory full of technology, craftsmanship, and ingenuity. This is our philosophy in handling metal part manufacturing, metal mold manufacturing, and pressing and wire cut processing. We apply etching processing to micro and fine parts, and we also excel at wire cut processing. We can handle various kinds of metal materials. We process panels with thicknesses from approximately 0.03 mm to 2.0 mm, and mostly from 0.1 mm to 1.0 mm. We accept trial manufacturing orders from single-piece prototypes. We have also made many deliveries to manufacturers and university laboratories. We are highly motivated in developing components.
[Company strength] We make the best use of our skilled craftsmen who are fully aware of the characteristics of each machine. They can apply their many years of experience to detect abnormalities in metallic molds and the like from the sound that occurs during pressing, and judge product conditions by touch. This is how they support product quality. We always work according to the customer's requests for precision, price, and delivery time, so we receive inquiries from development staff in major companies. We also have a well-rounded network, so we can satisfy customer requests. [Business description] We manufacture metal parts and metal molds as well as providing pressing and wire cut processing in Sumida Ward, Tokyo. Many of the parts we manufacture are supplied to representative enterprises in their industries. We also deal with new products and development parts, as well as a great deal of processing for individuals, small-scale enterprises, universities, and research institutes. [Industry] Metal part manufacturing and pressing [Strength of products/technologies] Our corporate philosophy is to provide quick support, and we have advantages in high-mix low-volume parts, and specifically thin articles and small articles. We produce micro and fine parts by etching. We are also highly evaluated for wire cut processing. We can handle various kinds of metal materials. We process panels with thicknesses from approximately 0.03 mm to 2.0 mm, and mostly from 0.1 mm to 1.0 mm. We can accept trial manufacturing orders from single-piece prototypes. [Representative's message] We will concentrate our current market cultivation efforts on linking inquiries received through the Internet to the conclusion of purchase contracts, since we have dominant keywords on Internet search sites. We are a member of the Sumida Industry-Academia Cooperation Club, and we conduct information exchange and search for business items through meetings and tours at research institutes such as universities. A major emerging Chinese company is also planning to establish an affiliate entity in Japan through an introduction by one of our acquaintances. We are now negotiating about making full use of our company and network to jointly promote Japan’s Monozukuri craftsmanship in China in the form of products and sales. [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion] Our goal is to expand our sales via the Internet (receiving orders for small-volume but high-added-value articles, such as small lots or single-piece articles for small enterprises). At the same time, we are taking up a system to aggressively participate in exhibitions such as the Tokyo International Industry Exhibition and M-Tech. [Awards and media coverage] [Awards] [Media] Weekly POST, “The MAKERS Revolution: Local Factories that are Trying to Move from Being Subcontractors;” TV Tokyo, “Adomachikku Tengoku;” newspapers: Tokyo Shimbun, Mainichi Shimbun, and Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun.
