We are a technology development-oriented company for precision small working for small automobile parts.

We manufacture and sell precision small pressed parts with a focus on forging precision parts and deep forging stainless parts for vehicle driving and critical safety components. These include A/T parking brackets, brake M/Cs, ABS parts, and W/P rotor parts. We have an integrated manufacturing system from mold making to press working, and can make one million products a month. We have been promoting engineering development and research production liaising with our customers for solving problems and meeting demands. We are highly competent in manufacturing high-precision deep forging, local forging, high-precision micro working, and tube-end molding.

[Company strength]
Our strength lies in our excellent technology for small precision press working that we have been accumulating for over half a century since our establishment. We have a spirit of challenge with the slogan “We do things no one else can do.” We create innovative VE and VA proposals that are not bound by old ideas. We liaise with our customers from the design stage and pursue design and engineering development. Our efforts have borne fruit in our many popular products such as our sleeve solenoid, which have won great customer trust. We are fully committed to supporting global Monozukuri craftsmanship with competitive power in the context of the big changes in the automotive industry. We do this by providing truly valuable products that contribute to enhanced quality and lower cost.

[Business description]
We manufacture and sell precision small pressed parts with a focus on forging precision parts and deep forging stainless steel parts for vehicle driving and critical safety components. These include A/T parking brackets, brake M/Cs, ABS parts, and W/P rotor parts. We provide our customers with satisfaction and peace of mind with our integrated manufacturing system. This covers from process development, research, and trials to mold manufacturing based on VE/VA proposal sales efforts to meet customer needs.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Highly accurate deep drawing: This is our highest technological competence, which realizes highly accurate metalworking. We have expanded its capabilities to 22-micrometer tolerance and 55 mm height.
Local forging: We have realized one-shot pressing for parts that are usually finished with forging and machining. The finish is very clear and free from sagging, as it does not require a machining process.
Highly precise metalworking: We excel at making fine holes and bending processing that requires high accuracy. We can make several hundred pinholes with great accuracy on a 10-mm diameter product.
Tube-end molding: Our highly precise deep drawing press metalworking has made it possible to make a seamless bottomed cylindrical product out of a single sheet of metal.

We are surrounded by an environment that is in the midst of big structural changes. We elaborate our future business plan from a long-term perspective to become our customers’ best partner with our world-leading competence in manufacturing, products, and proposal-based sales. We will pursue challenges including (1) exploring new fields of industry and cultivating markets in different industries, and (2) establishing a two-axis production and sales system in Japan and Thailand. We will respond to potential customer needs and further promote the high-quality and low-cost advantages of precision pressing that will solve customer problems.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have been reinforcing the globalization of our company, and especially at our plant in Thailand. We have global staff members in our corporate planning office and sales department (sales department: English-speaking staff members available; corporate planning office: English- and Thai-speaking staff members available). The representatives for overseas markets in the corporate planning office are in charge of inquiries from international customers and regularly visit our customers (especially in Thailand). We invite two trainees from Thailand to our headquarters every year for three-year technical training. This is done so that our Thai plant can provide the same quality as Japan for mold production and technical services.

We provide 80% of our products to the AISIN Group (AISIN AW Co., Ltd., ADVICS Co., Ltd., and AISIN AI Co., Ltd.). Our other customers are Denso Corporation, Hitachi Automotive Systems, Ltd., Sony Corporation, etc.
