[Company strength]
Everything to do with providing machines is not complete with delivery. It will be best if no problems occur. However, machines cannot be made totally free of problems. Our company devotes a great deal of thought to identifying and solving problems as quickly as possible. This is why we carry out almost all processing related to design and manufacturing using our in-house staff, except for outsourced processing. Our processing includes assembly, power distribution board assembly, electric machine wiring, mechanical design, electric machine design, system design, operation checks, and so on. Our repeat rate is 50% or more for machines that we have delivered. This is done under a system that also covers after-sales service, and under a policy of manufacturing machines that satisfy customer requests.

We design and manufacture metalworking machines. Our product lineup includes the following products.
(1) Milling machines, which are basic machine tools for metalworking.
(2) Long NC processing machines, dedicated to processing long aluminum materials.
(3) Aluminum cutters, for high-precision aluminum material cutting.
(4) High-reciprocation precision grinders, capable of high-speed grinding of small parts. 
(5) Portal machining centers, dedicated to processing large nonmetal items made of resin, ceramics, or other materials.
(6) Completely customized special machine tools and dedicated machines, designed and manufactured from zero following meetings with our customers.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company has been manufacturing milling machines, which are basic machine tools for metalworking, for over 50 years. Our company is based on manufacturing technologies that we have acquired from this history. We can customize almost all products in our lineup to reflect and satisfy customer requests. Our special machine tools and dedicated machines are completely customized based on meetings with customers. This is done by design and manufacturing from zero to meet customer requests in even more detail.

We are committed to design and production in Japan with domestic Japanese and overseas sales of good machines in mind. We anticipate growth due to the synergy arising from simultaneously developing new products and extending sales channels outside Japan as well.



[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We form a five-member project team for new product development in niche fields that are not covered by major companies. The team includes the managing director and staff from the design, manufacturing, sales, and general affairs departments. We are establishing a system where our staff collect information by visiting various exhibitions and feed back information gathered by our sales staff from trading firms and agencies. We are now focused on China as an overseas market. We employ Chinese staff and send them to the Chinese market for sales after two years of training.
