[Company strength]
We are educating many nationally qualified prosthetists, orthotists, and assistive technology specialists. We manufacture products by considering the physical conditions and living environments of individual customers. We will prioritize further development of our technical staff, improvement of our technical power, and standardization of our products. We will fully satisfy customer requests as a company specialized in assistive technology, and capable of satisfying increasingly diverse needs in our recent aging society with a low birth rate. We acquired ISO 13485 certification (medical device quality management system, requirements for regulatory purposes). We are devoted to developing quality products, manufacturing reliable products, and providing better services.

[Business description]
Our company has been providing prostheses and orthoses required by the disabled and the elderly since our establishment in 1910. We provide services and manufacture wheelchairs, walkers, seated position retention devices, and rehabilitation equipment on a customized basis. We are standardizing and commercializing products independently developed according to orders. We are also proactively promoting industry-government-university R&D and commercializing new medical devices as well as rehabilitation, care, and assistive equipment.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Prostheses and orthoses: We manufacture customized prosthetic limbs to match individual symptoms and requests, and also customized orthoses to supplement arm and leg joints and physical functions.
Posture retention devices and wheelchairs: We provide optimal products for users from infants to the elderly. This is done by processing and adjusting various materials such as metal, wood, resin, and leather according to their living environment (diet, bathing, excretion, and moving) and physical condition.
Rehabilitation equipment: We can manufacture products according to the symptoms and function recovery levels of individual users.

Our company mainly manufactures and sells prostheses and orthoses customized for individual users. This is our core business. We are now enhancing our lineup of existing products and semi-customized products while maintaining our core business of manufacturing customized products. This mainly involves seated position retention devices. We are also developing sales channels for overseas expansion. We are developing new products in collaboration with local universities and major companies. We are confident that information transmission through J-GoodTech will broaden the scope of our new product development and business expansion.

Our sales department is cultivating sales channels mainly among local medical institutions and care facilities to receive orders particularly for prostheses and orthoses. Our orthotics supply department mainly supplies production materials and parts to other companies in the same line of business. They are cultivating sales channels throughout Japan through exhibitions, special academic meetings, and medical device trading firms. Our development department takes on individual trial manufacturing requests from local universities, medical institutions, and major companies. They are promoting standardization and know-how provision to cultivate sales channels in new fields.
