[Company strength]
Our advantage is the unique technical evolution that we have achieved by concentrating our technical resources on the niche field of sheet metal coil winders. We have acquired a total of over 90 patents and other industrial rights in Japan and abroad. We sincerely listen to the voices of people who have had various kinds of trouble at sheet metal winding sites. We think that our ability to provide integrated services is another of our advantages. This extends from technical development at our development center and device manufacturing at our in-house factory to installation on the customer’s production line.

[Business description]
Our company was established in Osaka in 1968 as a Japanese development consultant for engineering. We opened our Sasebo office in 1979 and started to develop and implement new technologies for industrial machines. We developed a sheet metal coil winder and marketed it under the trade name BELTBRIDLE in 1981. We moved the head office to Sasebo in 1987 and changed to our present corporate name in 2011. Our products are capable of winding metal coils without any scratches, and they are now popular throughout the world as well as in Japan. We have already delivered a total of more than 1,000 units.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our BELTBRIDLE belt-type tensioner is built into each of our metal coil winders. It has a different coefficient of friction between the front and back of the belt. The frictional force on the front side maintains adhesion to the coil surface. Sliding friction resistance is generated on the back side with a small coefficient of friction to produce the coil winding tension. This special belt is divided and arranged in many strips so as to prevent scratches or stains from being imparted to the coil surface. A roll of metal coil shipped from a steelworks can be continuously cut to a width suitable for its purpose. It can be taken up without any damage by once more applying uniform tension.

[Representative's message]
We are a small-scale company located on the western edge of Japan. Our corporate philosophy is to always brush up our technologies to be the best, and to work hard every day as a global company to satisfy the people around us. Our technologies and products are highly appreciated among customers throughout the world as well as in Japan. We had shipped a total of more than 1,000 units of our belt-type tensioners by 2011. We will take this as a milestone and make further efforts to grow and develop in the global market.
