[Company strength]
We have celebrated our 52nd anniversary. We meet customer requests by using our accumulated technical power and global production system. Our group of companies includes one factory in Japan (Chubu Seikou), two factories in Vietnam, and one factory in China. Chubu Seikou mainly handles nameplates, labels, presses, and coatings. In Vietnam, we are providing aftermarket parts for motorbikes and pneumatic control parts with a quick turnaround at low prices by using an integrated production system from material procurement and machining to anodic oxidation coating and staining. In China, we have just started manufacturing automotive parts and are already receiving various orders.

[Business description]
We specialize in the anodic oxidation coating of aluminum (alumite treatment). We receive various orders from our customers, mainly automobile manufacturers, for automatic transmission and brake parts, including pneumatic and critical safety parts. We satisfy strict quality requirements. Our main products are valves, sleeves, and pistons. We process small parts together by using our unique jigs to provide low-cost products. We also handle small-lot production and spot orders flexibly.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company conducts hard anodic oxidation coating (improved wear resistance) and stained anodic oxidation coating (colored red, blue, gold, brown, black, green, etc.). We also conduct superimposed electrolytic treatment (including coating of difficult-to-coat materials such as those numbered 2000 or 7000 and high-speed anodic oxidation coating) and oxalic-acid anodic oxidation coating (higher hardness and good corrosion resistance, even under the same conditions as the sulfuric acid method). We handle various kinds of aluminum materials, such as wrought or die-cast, numbered 1000, 2000, 5000, 6000, 7000, and so on. Anodic oxidation coating thickness may be 0.5μ to 80μ, and hardness up to 450HV, depending on the material.

The sales department of the head office answers domestic and overseas inquiries. Quality engineering staff provide technical advice. The factory of the head office accepts Vietnamese trainees to improve quality and productivity at the Vietnamese factory.
