Recently is has become possible to reflect customer requirements in actual products as well as in drawings and data. We can now support manufacturing in areas closer to manufacturing sites and markets. This is also enriching the services output from our company and improving our proposal power. We can experimentally manufacture single pieces or produce small lots, so we can flexibly support the production of short-cycle products.



[Business description]
Our company designs, manufactures, and modifies molds for pressing and plastic injection molding. We also provide precision machining (prototyping and mass production) of medical equipment and vehicle parts, and sheet metal working of parts for machine tools, equipment, construction, and vehicles. Our other businesses include pressing (prototyping and mass production), thermal treatment and various other kinds of metal working, consignment measurement (product measurement and reverse engineering support), and plant-derived resin forming. We manufacture and sell products under our in-house brand iiwan. We possess a wide variety of processing technologies and equipment. Assistance as a product development partner and small-lot production on consignment are also becoming part of our core business.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Molds for pressing: We offer molds made of small-diameter metal pipes for simultaneous multi-punching and mass production technology.
Molds for plastic injection molding: We produce molds and molding technology for microcellular foaming using supercritical fluid (MuCell) and injection molding technology for heat-resistant polylactide (PLA) resin.
Precision machining: We possess processing technologies for difficult-to-machine materials (titanium alloy, cobalt alloy, and so on) and simultaneous five-axis processing technology.
Consignment measurement: We support precision reverse engineering (for mold regeneration).


[Representative's message]
Our company recently initiated its medical equipment business by applying our precision metal working technology. We have also been engaged in environmentally friendly business utilizing plant-derived resin. We aim to expand our business of our iiwan plant-derived resin tableware for babies while receiving advice from in-house and external experts to be a global niche-top company. Major companies in Japan are changing the roles of domestic businesses in their global expansion. We will enrich and expand services capable of flexibly dealing with these trends.



[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our manufacturing division is in charge of technical consulting. We are now focused on promoting sales of our world-first, highly heat-resistant iiwan polylactide tableware for babies, which we developed by applying our unique patented technology. We created a business organization for overseas expansion in which English-speaking staff are arranged directly under the president. We have acquired trademark rights in the EC area and are establishing a system for cooperation between a number of Japanese and local companies in the area.
