We are a machined parts manufacturer established in 1967. We manufacture and sell mainly industrial motors and machined parts incidental thereto. We have given high priority to high-precision shafts in recent years. We have a track record of a number of trades with domestic customers, such as Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba Industrial Products and Systems and Fuji Electric Motor. Regarding high-precision shafts, we enabled mass production of products such as shafts each having a diameter of 5 mm and a roundness of 0.5 m or less, which had been considered impossible to mass-produce. We constructed a production line capable of responding to 1 to 20,000 pieces per lot, in response to various customer needs.

[Company strength]
We take advantage of good quick turn unique to a small enterprise, to deliver various machined products with proven technology, low cost and short delivery time regardless of whether the lot is small or large. In addition, we are good at product VA proposal, and believe that we can help to reduce cost.

We manufacture motors such as various industrial motors, underwater pumps, welfare vehicles, generators and electric tools and various machined parts incidental thereto, and deliver mainly high-precision shafts to major customers in recent years.

We accumulate processing technology in cylindrical grinding from our extensive experience with machined parts manufacturing. We mass-produce products such as shafts each having a diameter of 5 mm and a roundness of 0.5 μm or less , which had been considered impossible to mass-produce. We excel at mass production of ultra-high-precision goods at low cost.

We have studied technical know-how on machining in general, mainly of shafts, and have accumulated very high-precision machining and grinding technologies, since our establishment. We take advantage of being a small enterprise, with “good quick turn” as our strong point, to construct a trusting relationship with various customers for industrial equipment, medical equipment, food processors and the like. In addition, we established a production line capable of responding to 1-20,000 pieces per lot, and can thus deliver products true to the name of MADE IN JAPAN with short delivery time and low cost regardless of whether the lot is small or large.
