[Company strength]
We are working hard to become a messenger in the sheet metal working industry. We have a three-part sales policy to achieve this goal: (1) remain customer-oriented; (2) keep promises made to customers; and (3) cherish customer trust. These are very basic, but we believe that the strength of our company comes from our integrated production system, which we worked hard to establish. We can make use of this to smoothly manage all processes from order to delivery. We will try to earn more trust by continuing to enhance our corporate strength. 



[Business description]
We are a precision sheet metal working manufacturer located in Ayase Industrial Complex in Kanagawa Prefecture. We launched our operations in 1964 in Ebina City to provide press working as our main business, and then relocated to Ayase City in 1971. We shifted our main business to precision sheet metal working after examining future prospects. We have dealt with telecommunications devices, aircraft parts, and computers in response to recent technological innovations. We have expanded our scope of operations centering on sheet metal working to include design and assembly as pre- and post-processing services to maintain steady growth as a company.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our corporate philosophy on human resources is to focus on developing employee abilities, and provide regular planned training programs for improvement. This is how we try to establish an extensive pool of technologies and skills. We have an organizational framework in which three groups, for cutting, forming, and assembly, work independently or collaboratively, improve their skills, and develop new products. This framework allows our groups to work together, and deliver the requested product in a short time. The framework itself and the technological strengths of our groups are the strong points of our company.

We are a professional precision metal working manufacturer with the ability to handle any shapes and sizes. We hope to focus on prototype making and development, while contributing to Japan’s Monozukuri craftsmanship through the development of high-quality, high-performance products. We will work hard to improve our technologies and skills so that our products gain a reputation as truly one-of-a-kind technology. We also aim to become the kind of company that can help revitalize the local economy. 



[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have solved various problems within our organization and enhanced our technologies to reinforce our corporate strength. This was done with the help of public organizations such as support to establish a 5S program, and training programs of Institute for Small Business Management and Technology (SMRJ). We will actively participate in exhibitions held by public organizations and financial institutions, and pursue more opportunities in cultivating sales channels. We also hope to make use of support programs offered by SMRJ and public organizations in enhancing our corporate strength.

We do not have detailed market share data, but we assume from our past sales that our company has a certain share of the telecommunications device and aircraft part markets.
