Our independently developed grill cooking devices with a unique mechanism have been sold in Japan and overseas. 

We are a manufacturer of independently developed commercial kitchen equipment. Our original Kaisho series grill-cooking devices have a unique, ceramic heat conversion system. This system combines gas and ceramics to reproduce the texture of grilled dishes that had only been possible with natural charcoal. Our customers include many major Japanese companies such as Ito-Yokado, Daiei, Aeon, Chimney, and Monteroza. Our products are also sold to companies in Europe, the US, Canada, Australia, and other countries in Asia, including indirect transactions. Our heat conversion system is a patented technology.

[Company strength]
Our grill-cooking device uses gas as heat source, but it cooks food efficiently and thoroughly using far-infrared rays, with great browning and a soft juicy texture. You can also use natural charcoal in the process to add the aroma to the food. Using natural charcoal takes time and money, but our Kaisho series Koseitan grillers can solve those issues.

Our company manufactures and sells commercial kitchen equipment (grill cooking devices) under our own brand. We were able to reproduce the texture of grilled dishes that had only been possible with natural charcoal. This was done by using our independently developed ceramic heat conversion system with a combination of gas and ceramics.

Our products feature usability (stable heating) and compatibility (the required heat source is gas). The surface can be perfectly browned while the inside remains tender. It reproduces the same taste and texture that a skilled cook would make with high-grade natural charcoal. You can add the aroma of natural charcoal by adding charcoal in the process. The smokeless type generates almost no smoke while grilling.

Japan’s food culture is known as Washoku. It is an unprecedentedly delicate expression of nature and beauty that is enjoyed by the five senses. Grilled dishes are where cooks become the most nervous in Japanese food culture, as it is difficult to express the beauty of nature in them. If you grill a river fish as part of a Kaiseki course meal, you will have to express a lively feeling as if the river fish was still in its natural environment. This characteristic is unique to Japan, and grill cooking is a kind of skill that specialized grill cooks acquire over a long period of time. Our Koseitan grillers were developed for professional cooks who are relatively inexperienced in the field of grill cooking to reproduce the same texture and feel. It also improves various kinds of grilled dishes from other food cultures in addition to Washoku. Our grillers are unprecedented in the sense that they enable cooks in other countries to achieve the delicacy of Washoku.
