We have a track record in thermal treatment and surface modification for precision molds and parts.

Our company provides precision thermal treatment of metal products such as precision molds and precision parts, as well as physical vapor deposition (PVD) coating. We carry out all thermal treatment quenching operations in vacuum furnaces to reduce the environmental load. We make use of the know-how we have accumulated to date to provide services including G treatment (thermal treatment strain: within 5/100 mm for A3 size). We provide PVD coating solutions that satisfy customer needs. This is done by making use of either arc ion plating (AIP) or hollow cathode discharge (HCD) processing according to the purpose of workpiece use.

[Company strength]
Thermal treatment: We conduct all quenching in a vacuum furnace for bright quenching. Our G treatment provides thermal treatment strain within 5/100 mm for A3 size. We can perform vacuum carburization with a uniform depth of carburization. Carburization is also applicable to blind holes. We produce spheroidal cementite surfaces that are free of intergranular oxidation.
PVD: We support either of two methods (AIP and HCD) depending on the use of the product. We provide free film deposition with gradient coating, multilayer coating, or other kinds of coating depending on the use.
Surface modification: We produce an ideal workpiece surface by combining peening, lapping (both dry and wet), BM treatment (patent pending), and PVD. We have an integrated system for ON treatment based on customer needs. This covers from material selection to thermal treatment, surface modification, and surface treatment (coating), as well as surface modification to extend the service lives of a product.

Our company mainly conducts metal thermal treatment, but we also handle surface modification and PVD coating on consignment. We are particularly devoted to thermal treatment for precision molds and parts. We are trying to reduce our environmental load in the present environment-oriented times by doing all quenching operations in vacuum furnaces. Our company is equipped with cutting-edge vacuum carburization furnaces, and we perform uniform high-quality carburization that is free of intergranular oxidation. We provide various kinds of PVD coating by making use of two types of devices (AIP and HCD). We contribute to improving durability and service life by applying our ON treatment (surface modification) technology.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Thermal treatment: Mold manufacturing is both an upstream and downstream industry. Thermal treatment remarkably simplifies finishing and reduces product deformation with the passage of time. This is why we now receive orders from an increasing number of precision manufacturers throughout Japan.
Surface treatment: Films can be freely deposited by either of the two coating methods we handle. We have been able to achieve ideal surface treatment for precision molds and high-class machining tools in combination with various kinds of surface modification.

This technology was born from our R&D working against the common conception that thermal treatment produces strain, which had been prevalent from ancient times.
