[Company strength]
We can manufacture large machined components by making use of equipment by Mori Precision Machine such as machining centers and a numerically controlled lathe. We also provide quality assurance by measuring products with three-dimensional measuring equipment. We do business with many companies in the same industrial category, so we can take on product manufacturing that exceeds the production capacity or product size of our own company. We possess two sets of 1050 × 530 × 510 machining centers, one of which has additional double spindles, and a diameter 700 × 900 numerically controlled lathe. We also possess 700 × 800 × 600 three-dimensional measuring equipment, and surface roughness measuring equipment (Mitutoyo).

We machine parts for use in chambers for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. We manufacture aluminum parts on a made-to-order basis. We perform integrated quality assurance by producing CAD-supported drawings for each process. We take on the challenge of specialized parts and supply products based on the machining technology we have established.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We do our best to receive positive evaluations from our customers when our company manufactures parts for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. This is done by reliably analyzing the compatibility between the material and the surface treatment. We do business with many companies that can handle surface treatment and precision cleaning. This is how we can support one-stop orders covering from material procurement to surface treatment and precision cleaning.

[Representative's message]
Specialized articles have recently come to be utilized for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. We want to do our best to aggressively enhance customer trust as well as strengthen our technical power in order to satisfy these requirements. We also hope to make further efforts to pioneer products that are far ahead of other companies. We will continue to create higher-quality products in order to receive positive evaluations from our customers.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have increased our work force in order to enhance our corporate capacity. We are also planning to introduce additional machining center and numerically controlled lathe equipment. We conduct staff training activities to enhance the technology power of our staff. This is done through participation in lectures to study aluminum handling and programming for operating machines, and seminars held by machine manufacturers. This is how we are responding to customer requests by enhancing our technology power. We hope to continue to actively participate in business matching meetings and exhibitions held by credit unions, prefectural centers, and so on, and to expand our sales. We are simultaneously expanding our overseas sales through trading companies. (We have offered new products to INTEL and TSMC.)
