[Company strength]
We develop, manufacture and sell machines and devices that are required to save energy and manpower based on our core technologies of feeding, aligning, and spreading. Although it is a niche field, we are dedicated to delivering products that satisfy customers’ technical and safety requirements. [Business description]
We manufacture and sell machines for saving energy and manpower in the field of “pouch handling,” namely, dispensing a pouch containing content or placing a pouch at a specified position, and other peripheral machines to handle items in the form of a pouch or card. We also make converting devices such as a wave-guide system to align a rolled film, an air shaft to hold a shaft for easy loading/unloading of rolled materials, and wrinkle-removing rolls. We supply our products to customers in Japan and overseas.

Manufacture of precision machinery and tools

[Strength of products/technologies]
For packaging products, we have developed various types of machines for saving energy including our main Pouch Dispenser product which cuts a series of pouches into individual ones and fills them, Pouch Loaders and Pouch Winders. In addition to increasing the processing speed, our goal of product development is a sense of safety and ease of use for customers. Based upon our skills and knowledge, we develop each machine according to the customer’s various requirements. For converting machines, we manufacture and sell web alignment machines, shafts to chuck the core of a material roll, and chuck units and wrinkle-removing rolls.

[Representative's message]
The automatic pouch dispenser, our main product, plays an essential role in the production of instant noodles. Instant noodles were invented in Japan and have spread worldwide. As the world population grows, demand will increase and noodles will be more widely consumed in countries all over the world. We are proud of contributing to satisfying such demand. Mass-production at low manufacturing cost will be increasingly required in various fields. We are committed to actively being involved in and contributing to these fields.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have established a distribution agent network in several regions to develop overseas markets, particularly in Asia. As part of this effort, we have joined some local exhibitions. We have taken part in Interpack, the world’s biggest packaging machine show held every three years in Dusseldorf, six consecutive times. We have hired three Chinese staff with English language ability to promote direct trade with other countries. We also have an engineer who graduated from Ho Chi Minh City, University of Technology in the R&D Department. We plan to establish a sales company in Shanghai this year.
