[Company strength]
We possess every kind of know-how and equipment to deal with all kinds of articles in metal sheet processing, from large to small, and from thick panels to thin plates. We can provide trial manufacturing from automobiles to Shinkansen bullet train vehicles, rolling stock, construction machines, and so on, and we can produce small-lot parts. We can conduct integrated in-house production covering all processes from NC processing of sheet metal to pressing, laser processing, and assembly. Our highly skilled engineers can manufacture high-precision, high-quality products.

We provide trial manufacturing of sheet metal parts for vehicles such as automobiles, Shinkansen bullet trains and rolling stock, and construction machines. We also design and manufacture small-lot mass-produced parts, various dies, inspection tools, and jigs.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We can combine our highly skilled sheet metal technology to achieve speedy parts manufacturing from iron or aluminum sheets with complicated shapes. We can provide manufacturing with about half the steps and at a low cost in mass production of extremely high-precision parts, which were conventionally produced through numerous steps.

We manufacture metal sheet prototypes for automobiles, rolling stock, construction machines, and so on. We were able to celebrate the 50th anniversary of our founding, thanks to the support of local society and our customers and staff. We constantly work hard by proactively introducing new technology and new materials without limiting ourselves to existing ways of thinking. We are intensifying our efforts under a customer-first policy and our motto of complying with customer needs by using state-of-the-art technology.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We assign a dedicated staff member for each customer in order to attentively comply with the customer's needs. Our current sales department can support overseas visitors and business transactions. We have also prepared staff members who can provide interpreting.

[Market share/Ranking]
Our share of the market for prototype parts is 50 to 80% (including both direct orders and indirect orders). However, there is some variation according to the manufacturer and work due to differences in bidding systems.
