[Company strength]
We have established an integrated in-house processing system for high-mix low-volume articles in order to supply parts with various applications to a wide range of fields. We flexibly support customer needs from material procurement to manufacturing, inspection, and packaging. We have installed equipment that can handle cutoff, bending, drilling, deep drawing, and various kinds of welding. We recently introduced laser processing equipment that has a superior capability to achieve quick deliveries by making use of continuous automatic operation of a six-step material stocker. The nitrogen generator can achieve clean cutting of stainless steel at lower cost.

[Business description]
We have mainly handled metalworking including bending, pressing, drawing, laser machining, and welding for 45 years since our foundation, under a corporate philosophy of delivering better products quicker and cheaper. We have recently focused on applying the sheet processing know-how that we have been cultivating for many years to produce conveyer covers that can prevent contamination. Our conveyer covers are utilized for conveyors for raw materials and materials mainly by blast furnace steelmakers, equipment heating-power plants, food and raw material plants, and so on. They comply with high-level specifications (such as strength, durability, non-flammability, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and weather resistance.)

[Strength of products/technologies]
Recently there have been problems regarding features and environment issues with conveyer covers made of FRP. This is why the commercialization of substitute conveyer covers for raw material and material conveyors became necessary. We use strong, rigid corrugated steel sheets as a material. We have introduced corrugated sheet forming machines and roll benders for corrugated sheets that can support the JIS standard (JIS G 3316, large corrugated sheet No. 1). We manufacture conveyor covers by corrugated sheet processing with Galvalume steel plates and stainless steel, which is how we have overcome previous issues. We have also secured compatibility with conventional FRP covers. We have achieved a panel thickness of 0.6 to 0.8 mm, in contrast to conventional covers with a thickness of 0.2 to 0.5 mm. We also handle stainless steel, which had been difficult to process.

[Representative's message]
It will become difficult to maintain and expand our sales amount if we stick with our existing fields and existing clients. (We provide various kinds of can manufacturing and sheet metal processing in addition to thin corrugated steel.) This is why we are now trying to work on product development for conveyor covers and developing our original products. We have assigned a point of contact (engineer staff) in our HQ to provide detailed support for individual customer issues. Our quality control section accepts consultations from customers regarding quality and technology.

We an extensive track record of deliveries of conveyor covers for conveyors for raw materials and materials, mainly to customers in western Japan. We are highly evaluated by our customers.
