We supply wiring metal fittings for high-voltage electric power transmission by making use of hot forging and machining to produce irregularly shaped products.
We mainly handle high-mix low-volume production of irregularly shaped hot forging products. We can conduct forging up to 20 kg by making use of hot forging with an air stamp hammer. We conduct integrated forging, machining, and assembly. We have advantages in manufacturing wiring metal fittings for high-voltage electric power transmission. We also excel in producing important security parts for construction machines and trailers, and irregularly shaped forged products with shapes other than flanges and cylinders. We supply wiring metal fittings for high voltages for domestic Japanese electric power companies, and metal fittings for building reinforcement as earthquake countermeasures. We provide forged products such as cylinder bottoms and master links for construction machines, and metal fittings for container attachment for trailers and so on. We have a 40% share of the domestic Japanese market for wiring metal fittings.
