[Business description]
We manufacture and sell irregularly shaped hot forging products with weights from 10 to 20 kg. We mainly handle high-mix low-volume important security parts for wiring metal fittings for high-voltage electric power transmission, construction machines, trailers, and so on. We also take on integrated machining and assembly as well as forging.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our wiring metal fittings for high voltages for domestic Japanese electric power companies have been maintaining stable quality for more than 30 years under severe outdoor environments. We have initiated production of irregularly shaped products for construction machines, and we are highly evaluated in terms of quality, cost, and delivery (QCD). Our forged products have recently been adopted by major construction companies as metal fittings for building reinforcement as earthquake countermeasures. We have succeeded in expanding the application of our forged products by replacing conventional welded structure products with forged products.

We have recently aggressively upgraded our equipment by making use of the Monozukuri Subsidy and so on, and taken on young engineers. This is how we have been able to achieve improved product accuracy as well as handling shapes that had been difficult for us before. We are receiving an increasing number of inquiries about irregularly shaped forged products via our website, which we substantially redeveloped two years ago. We are expanding our business by making use of various channels, with a focus on products used for domestic infrastructure.

We have assigned two staff members in our sales department as the people in charge of cultivating new markets, and as the point of contact for inquiries. Our managing director in charge of business, the director of the manufacturing department, and the plant manager will respond to technical consultations as a team.
