Pressed products with high technical performance such as weldless and near net shape
Manufacturing and sales of metal pressed products for construction, automobiles and electric power. For air-conditioners, we have developed a spiral duct fitting which is made only by press processing, with no welding at all. We have a 60% share of the market for exhaust spiral duct fittings of air-conditioners in Japan. For automobiles, we have developed a near net shape product which minimizes post-processing. We also do business in the fields of civil engineering, electric power, construction materials and housing. We have a quality control system throughout the company, and our yearly target is a defect rate of 3 ppm or less. We have acquired patents for panel-fixing metal fittings, etc.
