[Company Strengths]
Our company has been accumulating a wealth of expertise and processing technologies for over 40 years since its establishment. We even accept orders for precision machine parts and parts with complicated shapes that are technically difficult to process. We provide high-quality parts by making use of our expertise and technologies to satisfy customers. We have an established production system based on combined processing making the most of machining, EDM processing, wire cut EDM, and polishing. We can deliver products within the day at the earliest if the necessary materials are provided from the customer or available within the company.

Our company mainly manufactures trial products at short turnarounds. We manufacture precision parts for optical equipment and satellites, as well as aircraft and automobile parts. We also support secondary processing such as plating and thermal treatment.

[Product and Technical Strengths]
Our company uses femtosecond laser equipment to prepare 0.008-mm holes and 0.01-mm grooves by micromachining. We process paper, films, and other items that are weak against heat by no-heat processing. We also create nano-periodic structures to reduce friction on sliding surfaces. We use an all-axis linear drive machine in a temperature-controlled room for micromachining using a rotary tool. We prepare fine deep holes in ceramics and micron-order holes that are impossible to process using a laser. Our company can work on any materials by combined processing making the most of five-axis machining, NC combined lathing, polishing, and wire EDM. We support dimensional accuracy up to about 3 microns.

We have a strong will not to give up even with difficult tasks, so we often use unique processing methods that other companies cannot imagine. They are sometimes praised as acrobatic. We always wish to possess state-of-the-art technical capabilities. This is why we are also taking on micromachining by making use of advanced equipment on the basis of the machining technologies we have accumulated since our establishment. We orient our company more as a technology center and have a comprehensive system ready for satisfying customer needs.
