We provide metal working and resin processing services. We take on metal working including machining of aluminum, magnesium, and stainless steel as well as heat-treated steel and high-hardness steel. We also handle aluminum and magnesium casting, and high-accuracy five-axis machining of very rigid materials. We support resin processing including micro and thin-wall machining, acrylic mirror finishing, and glass fiber reinforced engineering plastics. We can propose optimal design and trial machining methods as a manufacturer from the basic design stage. We have proposed replacing metal parts with resin products, and reduced the weight and cost without sacrificing strength by selecting appropriate materials and shapes, mold enhancement, and using lightening technology.

[Company strength]
We can propose optimal designs and trial machining methods as a manufacturer from the basic design stage. We can provide one-stop-service processing from design and resin fluid analysis to trial mold manufacturing, trial molding, and mass production. We have proposed replacing metal parts with resin products, and successfully reduced costs without sacrificing strength by selecting appropriate materials and shapes, mold enhancement, and using lightening technology. We have also succeeded in replacing high-cost carbon fiber reinforced resin with low-cost glass fiber reinforced resin by using unique molds to solve the problem of reduced strength. This reduced the material cost one-third and doubled the mold durability for successful total cost reduction.

Our company is engaged in metal working and resin processing. We take on metal working including machining of aluminum, magnesium, and stainless steel as well as heat-treated steel and high-hardness steel. We also handle aluminum and magnesium casting (integrated from materials to processing), high-accuracy five-axis machining of very rigid materials, and simultaneous five-axis machining. We support resin processing including micro and thin-wall machining, optical part machining (digital cameras, smartphones, and medical instruments), acrylic (PMMA) mirror finishing, and glass fiber reinforced engineering plastics.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company has introduced the Hermle simultaneous five-axis machining center (C40U). This machine is capable of faster processing than conventional units, and has greatly reduced machining time. The machining time is about one-sixth shorter for some shapes. This machine enables high-speed, high-precision processing. It self-calibrates the x, y, and z axes and displays them on an easy-to-see monitor to prevent errors and problems. The roughing process can be eliminated, which makes it possible to realize high speed and accuracy together with quick turnarounds and low costs. We also process optical precision parts and other products with complicated shapes that require high accuracy, and difficult-to-machine materials such as titanium and magnesium. We can contribute to weight reduction while increasing strength with high-hardness steel materials and materials produced from SCM.
