[Company strength]
We have manufacturing sites in Miyagi Prefecture and Kanagawa Prefecture. These two sites have different advantages. Our Tohoku factory in Miyagi Prefecture has a perfect cleanroom environment (actual value: about class 1000). This factory is capable of high-precision punching with a tolerance of ±0.025 mm by using automatic machines, and it can handle even large-lot manufacturing orders. Our Sagami factory in Kanagawa Prefecture focuses on foam punching and has a large press machine (effective size: 1300 × 1000 mm), which is rare in Japan.

We are a punching manufacturer, producing double-sided tape, film, foam, and other industrial materials for electronic equipment (particularly cellphones and smartphones). Our company has an integrated system covering from raw material procurement to processing and quality management. We develop technologies and also develop and propose products with raw material manufacturers. We provide optimal products to customers while always taking on the challenge of new industries, materials, and processing.

Our company has experience in processing products that require strict accuracy. We can easily process even materials that are difficult to punch, such as OCA and anti-scattering film, which are popular for smartphones. A cooperation system with raw materials manufacturers is one of our advantages. We have experience in reducing product cost by 70% by improving the processing method and proposing materials.

We aim to be a company that is nominated first by customers. We give priority to improving processing technology and quality, and also our ability to take appropriate action and make optimal proposals. We are strengthening our sales activities to develop sales channels for different industries (particularly the medical and food industries) with special materials processing and development as our weapon. We are flexibly considering concluding business tie-ups and establishing joint ventures for overseas expansion, with a shift from China to Southeast Asia in mind.

Our company has dedicated staff at the head office to handle inquiries from new customers. We can also handle technical inquiries by extending information to technical staff at each factory as required (the person responsible at each factory). Our sales and technical staff (staff from materials manufacturers where necessary) can visit customers for meetings. We have handled inquiries from overseas companies by email and so on. We are considering hiring global human resources.
