We believe our strength lies in our technological capabilities. Our method for cutting within a molding die (GT method) allows us to simultaneously conduct the two separate processes of molding and trimming, which reduces the time by half. Our method for making fully waterproof, high-voltage-proof parts (YK method) that exposes no metal sections is another of our representative methods. This entirely new sealing and molding technology seals the marks left by holding pins (necessary for insert molding), and can be applied to 3D-shaped parts (sealing is done during the molding process).

We have successfully manufactured auto parts, medical equipment, and other products in a wide range of fields. Our method for cutting within a molding die (GT method) has received One Company One, Technology certification from Gunma Prefecture. This technology makes it possible to cut the insert metal and resin molding simultaneously during the insert molding process, which gained approval under an R&D support program. Our process reduces labor hours and costs, and completely eliminates the risk of insulation failure, which further enhances product quality. Our YK method is useful when making high-voltage-proof, fully waterproof conductors for hybrid vehicles and electric vehicles.
