Our main business is the design and manufacture of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, LCD panel manufacturing equipment, and automatic power-saving equipment. Since 2014, our 40th anniversary, we have expanded into the medical field. We manufacture customized or consigned products, and work with the customer on new products from the stage of trial product manufacturing. We excel at technical development by combining elemental technologies such as vacuum, heat, and control. We provide integrated services from designing and part machining to assembly and installation. We manufacture in-house various molding (resin sealing) machines and multi-purpose small screen printing machines.

[Company strength]
We mainly manufacture customized or consigned products. When manufacturing production equipment for a new product of a customer, we work with the customer from the stage of trial product manufacturing. Our key advantage is the technical ability to meet customer requests at the launch of production and produce even greater effects. We have accumulated development skills through manufacturing and can manufacture in-house various products such as molding (resin sealing) machines and multi-purpose small screen printing machines.

[Business description]
In 1974, we started out as Orio Precision Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of parts for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Ever since, we have constantly challenged new fields and improved our technical power. In 2004, our 30th anniversary, we built a new head office with factory on the present site in Wakamiya City in line with our expansion, and also renamed the company. Thanks to customers, we are now dealing in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, LCD panel manufacturing equipment, and automatic power-saving equipment. In 2014, our 40th anniversary, we entered the medical field. We will keep striving to meet the needs of customers and the age.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We excel at technical development by combining elemental technologies such as vacuum, heat, and control and can meet various customer needs for production equipment. We join a new project team for a new product from the stage of trial manufacture. Our advantage in manufacturing is our integrated system from designing, part machining (about 50% of parts manufactured internally), and assembling to installation and production launch (providing a set of manufacturing equipment, excluding processes). We have many repeat customers because we exceed the quality and turnaround agreed with customers.

Our technical power, creativity, and teamwork support this spirit. We have built good partnerships with customers and are highly evaluated by them. We have been entering new fields such as the medical field, and are growing nationwide through medicine-engineering collaboration.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
The seven members of our sales group listen to domestic customer requests and convey them to the design group. Together with the production technology and manufacturing group, a project team is formed for each customer to meet their needs. For overseas markets, we deliver our products indirectly through companies in Japan. We are not considering independent overseas expansion.

Our company performs machining, processing, and assembly of precision machinery parts in various fields. This includes parts for medical equipment, inspection equipment, analyzers, gas control equipment, optical equipment, automobiles, and semiconductor manufacturing machines. We excel at high-mix low-volume repetitive production, which differs from both trial manufacturing and mass production, and we handle more than 5,000 orders a month. Our strength is in our capabilities for highly efficient production and management. We minimize losses caused by changes so that we can deliver our products according to the delivery schedule, and respond to small orders. We also design and manufacture automatic and labor-saving equipment, and develop software for business purposes.
