Our company possesses various technologies for rubber blending, rubber kneading, rubber forming, rubber extrusion, resin forming, and mold manufacturing. We can make proposals based on CAE analysis and static and dynamic testing at the development stage for efficient development while suppressing initial cost and lead time. We manufacture waste-free products with innovative production activities and distribute them to global markets as well as Japan. We provide high-quality products at low cost, and we gain customer trust.

Our company manufactures and sells rubber and resin parts for manufacturers of automobiles, motorbikes, marine leisure goods, agricultural machines, and construction machines. We handle parts made by molding or extrusion through an integrated production process from rubber kneading to shipping inspection. Our main products are engine mounts, body mounts, bushings, dynamic dampers, strut insulators, muffler hangers, gaskets, fuel hoses, oil hoses, water hoses, dust covers, resin ducts, and mud guards.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company possesses many number-one and unique technologies for rubber hoses that comply with emission controls and fuel evaporation controls. We have a variety of turbo hose products that meet requirements for heat resistance up to 200 degree centigrade. We can also provide laminated hoses made of fluorine rubber or silicone rubber that comply with new short-term and long-term emission controls on trucks. Our various development efforts for streamlining processes include rubber-resin composite hoses and ducts. Our efforts are producing results and enabling mass production. Rubber insulators affect the riding comfort of vehicles. We develop their shapes, characteristics, and functions and also conduct a wide range of innovative research for various implementations, such as the hybridization of liquid or gas with rubber.

Our company was established in 1954 and celebrated its 60th anniversary in 2014. Our group will celebrate its centennial in 2019. [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our company has sales sites in Tokyo (the northern Kanto region including Tokyo), Hamamatsu, Nagoya, and Osaka to deal with major companies. We also have an overseas business division at the head office. This division functions as a liaison for five overseas sites, and also makes direct contact with overseas customers. Engineers dispatched from our company are resident at the five overseas sites to provide quality of the same level as that in Japan.
