[Company strength]
Energy consulting: The purpose of our consulting business is to consider and propose building, factory, hospital, and community air-conditioning and power generation equipment, and also to plan smart communities. We conduct various simulations according to customer requests and make actual proposals for energy conservation and cost reduction. We have provided consultation to many customers, such as factories and hospitals as well as energy, design, and other companies.
Package software provision by licensing: We have developed 12 energy-related software products of which Enepro21 is our representative product, and provide them by licensing. Enepro21 is the epitome of the know-how we have accumulated in our consultation business. It is highly accurate and easy to use.


[Business description]
We are a professional energy consulting company. We design, analyze, and diagnose various kinds of energy equipment from heat-source equipment to power generation and renewable energy equipment using our independently developed Enepro21 energy simulation software. We make the most of our energy simulation technology to visualize the facts about even complicated energy equipment. This enables optimal system operations, equipment update planning, and system design. We have provided consultation covering 680,000 USRT of large centralized heat-source plants (buildings, factories, and community air conditioning) and 2,750 MW of power generation equipment. This was done by planning new equipment or improving existing equipment.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our Enepro21 energy simulation software instantaneously calculates a balance between heat generated by equipment and the flow rate. This software features both high accuracy and easy operability. It can be used comfortably on an ordinary computer even for a review of complicated equipment. Enepro21 users can concentrate themselves on simulation by using equipment performance data prepared by our company regarding more than 6,000 units of energy equipment. A great advantage is that Enepro21 can be linked to many programs, such as Estel21 and Enepro21 Multi. Estel21 is used to calculate thermal loads on buildings and Enepro21 Multi is used to review the energies of package air conditioners.

[Representative's message]
This is our 10th anniversary and will initiate our new stage. We plan to extend the use of Enepro21 to overseas areas, particularly in Southeast Asia. The energy infrastructures in these areas are expected to grow larger in future. This will also increase demand for energy simulation in planning infrastructures for high-rise buildings, large shopping centers, factories of Japanese companies, and industrial complexes. We will continue to take up the challenge of creating an eco-society in Japan with new partners, as well as the energy and design companies we have been working with.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have a Tokyo office for sales in the metropolitan area. We promote collaborations with trading firms, think-tanks, and other parties to develop sales channels. We have started to create an English version of our Enepro21 energy simulation software.

Our product is the only quick and accurate tool to assist in designing and diagnosing complicated energy equipment, reviewing operations for improvement, and updating or renewing equipment.

The 27th Technology Promotion Award by The Society of Heating, Air-Conditioning and Sanitary Engineers of Japan (2013); the 22nd SME New Technology and Product Award (2013); The 21st Monozukuri Innovative Parts and Components Award, Environmental Section Award (2010). (All these awards were for Enepro21, and were awarded to software for the first time.)
