We provide metal turning processing of precision parts for precision motors, air conditioning equipment, medical equipment, and optical equipment. We have consistently specialized in machining small-diameter precision parts (diameter 10 to 60) for the 60 years since our foundation. We possess know-how regarding optimal machining processes for manufacturing parts that require compactness and high precision, and we supply products that require micro accuracy to many industrial fields. We can provide support from prototype manufacturing to mass production with a volume of 4 million pieces per month. [Product description] We manufacture and sell parts (stators) used for single-lens reflex digital cameras. The specifications include brass material, 5-µm processing accuracy, 3-µm end face parallelism, and zero-burr processing. We have consistently specialized in machining small-diameter (diameter 10 to 60) high-precision parts since our foundation. We make use of our accumulated know-how in these products.
[Product description] This is an example of machining metal parts using an NC (compound) automatic lathe. All the pictures shown here are for the case of brass, but we mainly deal with brass, stainless steel, and aluminum.
