[Company strength]
Since our foundation in 1917, we have aimed to help society and people through manufacturing and have worked to share the happiness obtained by contributing to society among all employees. Since developing a tire inflator in 1937 and supplying it to Toyota, we have been dealing with Toyota for many years. We have adhered to our management principle through transactions with Toyota and many other clients. Today, we are engaged in high-quality, low-cost manufacturing to achieve the management vision of being the best company for bar steel and piping working, to help Toyota make dream cars.

We develop, design, manufacture and sell automobile components using bar steels and piping materials.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We combine conveyors of our own design and NC benders to achieve automation, high productivity, high quality and low cost in supplying products to customers. For welding, we developed a new type of projection welding that can simultaneously weld round bars with two axles and plan to start mass production using this technology. We propose a variety of methods that match customers’ needs, including robotized arc welding, MAG welding, and arc brazing welding so as to satisfy customers’ demands.

Since our foundation in 1917, we have aimed to help society and people through manufacturing, and have focused on safety, quality, cost reduction, and quick delivery. In 1937, we developed a tire inflator for cars. Today, we still continue to realize dreams through automobile components. We will steadily, diligently and thoroughly make improvements in line with our philosophy of manufacturing quality products and developing human resources.

Whenever we receive a new inquiry, we assign a contact person in the business department to deal with the new client. Our technical department deals with technical consultations to solve customers’ problems. We can also handle inquiries from overseas. We assign contact staff in foreign countries where business is conducted, as well as in Japan.
