We do everything from design to molding, thermal treatment, and grind finishing. These needs include higher cutting performance and maintainability, longer service life, and lower price.

Our company has been committed to designing, manufacturing, and selling edged tools for paper containers and cardboard processing as well as related machine parts since our establishment in 1960. We also supply blades for perforations and carbide blades. We do everything from design to molding, thermal treatment, and grind finishing to appropriately satisfy customer needs. We machine a wide range of different blades and quickly satisfy orders for high-mix low-volume production.

[Strength of products/technologies]
(1) We offer integrated production from design to finishing backed up by our unique cardboard cutting technologies patented in Japan (nine patents), the U.S. (one patent), and China (one patent).
(2) We provide meticulously customized machining to satisfy each customer’s requirements with a design system that makes the full use of IT with CAD/CAM.
Our product and technology advantage is that we can quickly provide high-quality products at reasonable prices.

We will devote ourselves to a deep exploration of customer needs in the field of edged tools for cardboard to manufacture blades that are always ideal for further customer satisfaction. We think it is necessary for overseas expansion to have a good understanding of local business practices and needs by conducting market surveys.

We manufacture products by made-to-order production, so we are developing sales channels with our top priority being the improvement of customer satisfaction.
(1) We handle repeat orders and inquiries quickly and efficiently by applying printing product IDs and creating a machining history database (for higher product traceability).
(2) We are establishing high-level measurement technologies, such as coordinate measurement and image measurement, to achieve high quality, quick turnarounds, and fair pricing (based on customer satisfaction surveys).
We now do business mainly with customers in Japan because of our customization-oriented business characteristics. We have not yet established an overseas expansion system, but we will do our best with advice from supporting organizations when we receive inquiries.

Our upper partitioning blades for cardboard cutting have a 65% share of the Japanese market for the single-bladed type, 20% for the straight type, and 10% for the thrust type.
