[Company strength]
We have established a development base in Kagoshima City in 2002 and in Kirishima City in 2004. We concluded location agreements with Kagoshima Prefecture and these two cities, and we continue to closely cooperate with the municipal government agencies. Our operations are now carried out by 89 highly specialized and knowledgeable engineers in Kagoshima Prefecture. We have been working hard to expand our staff in our near-shore business. We are also working to enhance our development environment, which consists of our development network and security (ISMS, privacy mark, and independent development room). This is done to achieve cost merits, and to offer high-quality services. Staff members from major companies who visit our West Japan branch highly evaluate our operational environment and the quality of our staff. 

[Business description]
We conduct consignment development of software (built-in systems, administrative systems, business systems) for customers nationwide (enterprises and manufacturers).We provide near-shore development in which we develop software at our local business base (Kagoshima software factory). We develop, sell, and maintain in-house products (our egg business unit). We have a track record in consignment software development and verification services for many home electronics manufacturers, electric appliance manufacturers, and manufacturing companies. Our customers also include major IT enterprises, automobile-related manufacturers, equipment manufacturers, precision equipment manufacturers, and first-tier regional banks (test center and third-party verification).

[Strength of products/technologies]
We excel at developing embedded software (for home electronics appliances, automobiles, consumer equipment, and automatic machines). This accounts for 60% of our company’s overall sales. Constructing financial systems and key systems and production management systems for entrepreneurs accounts for 30% of our business systems software sales, and system integration accounts for 10%. We have an extensive track record. We also offer services in our local base (West Japan branch office) in which we provide only software verification, as well as near-shore development. We contribute to overall project cost reduction by adopting near-shore execution of testing that had been conducted by development engineers.

[Representative's message]
We have two development bases, in Kagoshima City and Kirishima City. We conduct consignment development of software for enterprises throughout Japan, with a focus on manufacturers, by connecting dedicated lines with them. We have conquered the disadvantage of a remote location by means of information and telecommunications technology. Our company functions as a source of employment for people who have returned or relocated to this region from metropolitan areas. There is a serious insufficiency of engineers in major urban areas, so many enterprises are seeking development bases in foreign countries. There are also a limited number of job offerings in non-metropolitan areas because of insufficient IT development. We have established a base in Kagoshima in order to take in the development work flowing to foreign countries. We have constructed our own building, secured engineers, and prepared individual security rooms. Our goal is to expand our transactions with many customers.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
It has been 13 years since we were founded in Kagoshima in 2002. We have enhanced our skill through consignment development for electrical machinery manufacturers, home electronics appliance manufacturers, and so on, in 10 regional cities outside Kagoshima Prefecture. Our staff members are stationed at customer sites. We realize dispersive (remote) development in Kagoshima after we acquire the customer's trust. We have now assigned 105 excellent engineers in Kagoshima in order to support cost-cutting that is close to overseas offshoring, as well as high quality. We are working hard to employ talented staff and to develop human resources. We have also prepared a system in which we participate in the local IT Festa or provide on-site verification service skills training at customer sites in our third-party verification service.

We have acquired Japanese trademark registration for “Tamago Goten.” This relates to products centering on our PC-EGG business, which involves sales management software for the egg industry (Japanese Trademark Registration No. 4898507).

We have a track record in developing software that is embedded in home electronics (cellular phones and smartphones), automobiles, consumer equipment, automatic machines, etc. We have a track record in system development for finance and production management, and in developing business system software for in-house workflow systems. We have provided third-party inspections for smartphones, tablet terminal main housings, and pre-installed applications. We also have experience in systems testing of Web applications, systems testing of embedded in-vehicle equipment, and IT infrastructure.

We deal with software development and verification for cellular phones and smartphones. We have a track record in indirect deliveries of production management system development for overseas bases of a global enterprise. We also have experience in on-site installation of FA equipment at an overseas manufacturing factory, test runs, and so on.
