[Company strength]
We are a small company, but we cover processing from canning and machining to assembly in-house. We are flexible enough to provide one-stop service from materials procurement for castings to assembly and inspection. We possess several units each of medium-sized boring milling machines, vertical milling machines, vertical lathes, lathes, and slotters for integrated in-house machining. We excel at high-mix low-volume manufacturing with quick turnarounds, from single articles to about 100 pieces. We possess a facing center and dedicated lathes as special equipment for trapezoidal screw thread machining.

[Business description]
Our company has celebrated its 66th anniversary, and we have a long history in our mainline business. We manufacture valves and gate bodies for water and powder, as well as incidental equipment such as reduction gears and switchgears, up to final product assembly. We recently introduced cutting-edge equipment to focus on made-to-order part production by means of canning and machining. We also manufacture construction machine parts, valves and pump parts for power plants, and industrial machine parts.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have been manufacturing castings and eccentric irregularly shaped products for many years. We handle a wide variety of products from SS and SUS to copper alloy and heat-resistant steel, all of which can be welded and machined. Our company possesses many multifunctional machines, and we have operators who can use these machines to complete tasks from programming to jig creation themselves. Qualified workers weld our products. We have special technology for Stellite (abrasion-resistant steel) welding, machining, and assembly (alignment). We have an integrated manufacturing system for high-temperature, high-pressure valves and air transport devices. We make use of our unique machining technology to manufacture metal-touch (metal-to-metal joining) valves from Stellite (abrasion-resistant steel). They can be used even where temperature and pressure are very high.

We want to be a company that pursues the advantages of being small-scale. We have a system for high-mix low-volume production with quick turnarounds, and every employee endeavors to raise productivity and reduce the charge per unit time. Our company manufactures products with higher added value by implementing equipment that is as up-to-date and good as possible. We work to achieve higher quality and technology compared with competitors of the same scale, even if it may be just a little. These efforts will result in us providing overall satisfaction to our customers.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We are fully equipped with hard technology including coordinate measuring equipment and dedicated measuring units up to 2 m in size, and soft technology including a complete quality assurance manual. We have a system in which the sales and engineering staff provide support in satisfying requests from the management aspect as well. This is done by visualizing processes, creating inspection sheets, and taking process photos concerning public works projects. Our company has already been registered by many companies as an accredited factory and we are directly doing business with them.
