We are a precision metal working company devoted to the machining of round items. We conduct grooving, free-form rounding, and tapering on round items of 12 to 300 mm in diameter by using wire electric discharge machining of 0.25 mm wide. We grind the items manually or by using an NC lathe equipped with wire-formed cutting tools. Martensitic stainless steel is machined and thermally treated, then free forms are hollowed out by wire cutting. We devised and implemented a high-precision jig for centering and chucking for lathing. We also have an advantage in developing and manufacturing coating removing tools.

Our company offers soft jaws used in lathe machining, NC lathe machining, machining, milling, and so on. This cost-effective jaw streamlines the setup as it can have as many as six corners for molding, depending on the work to be chucked.
