We conduct super-precision machining based on our integrated production system. We can also apply super-precision coatings.
Our company focuses on five main business fields (cutting, grinding, polishing, super-precision processing, and measurement) with super-precision being the key. We started our machining business in 1985, working out of a garage. Now we handle super-large components of up to 8,000 mm. One of our main strengths is our “die coater” system that realizes uneven coating. We can apply high-precision coating with a deviation of 2% to 5% of the coating film, which is the most important part of thin liquid crystal or film production technology. When customers show us their drawings, we listen carefully to what they have in mind and then we turn their idea into reality.
- Large high-precision die production
Our extensive know-how realizes high-precision dies. We make dies in various shapes and levels of precision.
•Based on a single sheet of drawing, our company can operate an integrated production system covering material procurement to processing and measurement. •We can process long works with sizes up to 4,000 mm. •We are particular about not only processing machines but also measuring instruments. We guarantee the accuracy of long products using Carl Zeiss 3D measurement instruments that measure up to 6,000 mm.
- Making high-precision free-form curved parts that change the concept of optical design
High-precision free-form optical components are indispensable for head-up displays that show vehicle speed and navigation information on the windscreen and compact projectors that enable projection at extremely close distances. Our company has been able to provide large, high-precision free-form optical parts in a short time at reasonable prices through high-speed production, by directly cutting aluminum or resin materials.
Slow-tool-servo machining realizes a free-form surface mirror having a large diameter and high precision. Slow-tool-servo machining is a method of making an asymmetric curved surface (a free-form curved surface) on the rotation axis, by synchronizing the rotation angle of the spindle (C axis) with the tool coordinates (XZ axis). In crystal optics, the method is applicable up to a maximum diameter of φ800 mm.
- Mirror polishing technology
Surface finish at the nano level. It can be applied to a wide range of materials, from single crystals to metals, ceramics, and resins.
We are also proficient with aluminum, copper, and deliquescent single crystals, which are soft materials. Regarding the processing environment, we have a clean room and dry room to create a surface roughness that satisfies customers.

Material: We handle metals, non-metals, Invar and other difficult-to-handle materials, as well as single/multiple crystals, and highly deliquescent materials. Measurement: We measure coordinates up to 3 m (W) × 6 m (D) × 2 m (H) as well as surface roughness and circularity.
