[Company strength]
1) We machine several thousand types of glass parts each year. Our sales staff with 30 years of experience in the industry can handle inquiries about small-lot orders.

2) Machining parts of brittle glass materials requires expertise. Our engineers have an average of 10 years of experience and perform machining appropriately depending on the material.

3) We have two machining factories, one in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture and the other in Hanawa-machi, Fukushima Prefecture. We have a total of 25 machining centers for glass machining in the two factories.

4) We are keen to challenge the machining of materials which we have not machined before, as long as customers provide sample materials.


[Business description]
Our glass parts are mainly used for semiconductor manufacturing machines, liquid crystal manufacturing equipment, etc. 

We focused on machining quartz glass when starting the business in 1992, but are now able to precision-machine Pyrex, blue sheet glass, various optical glass materials, alumina, zirconia, monocrystalline silicon, polycrystalline silicon, etc. thanks to technological improvements. 

We have installed equipment for polishing machining and waterjet processing.

[Strength of products/technologies]
1) We are able to manufacture parts with machining technology in a broad range of machining sizes from micro-shapes of 1 millimeter or less to products exceeding 2 meters.

2) We can guarantee short delivery periods of large parts which would take industry peers much longer, because we have many large machine tools.

3) We installed glass polishing machining equipment in the Fukushima factory in response to many customer requests, and thus offer integrated in-house machining from cutting to polishing.

4) We installed waterjet machining machines, and so can machine materials into shapes which are difficult to machine by other types of machining, thus reducing machining time.

Major manufacturers stopped quartz production after the decline of semiconductor manufacturers in Japan; factories that can machine parts of quartz glass like ours still remain, but struggle to compete with companies in mainland China, Taiwan, South Korea, etc. 

We are committed to the manufacturing of glass precision parts even in these harsh times. We can manufacture glass precision parts of sizes ranging from as small as 1 cm to over 1 meter. We always welcome any order, whether for 1,000 items or just one item. 
We are proud of our technology and skills that enable us to respond to any customer need.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have focused on expanding sales by attracting potential customers to our website and actively participating in exhibitions. We have introduced a dedicated system for managing high-mix small-lot orders, and so can manage over 4,000 orders per year. 
We have experience of giving presentations to six major companies in relation to the Industrial Cluster Business (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry). 
We can give a presentation of our glass precision parts upon request.
Our designated trading company is located in Taiwan, through which we deal with on-site consultations and customer complaints.
