Our manufacturing practice and raw material selection comply with ISO 14001, and our offerings are environmentally friendly. We value customer feedback in product development and enhancement. We have a flexible production system that caters to each customer’s needs, even in small lot production. We can install appropriate corrective and preventive measures according to our quality management system if a complaint arises, and quickly respond to the customer in a suitable manner.

Our main line of business is the development, manufacturing, and domestic Japanese and overseas sales of printer ink and master rolls. We recently developed E-Cool water-based acrylic fluororesin paint with thermal insulation properties as a new environmentally friendly product. This was done by applying existing dispersion technology. It can be used in a wide range of settings in addition to roofs, such as exterior walls, asphalt, concrete, and rubber sheets. We aim to acquire more customers with this addition to our lineup.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Problem solving in our company is oriented toward customer needs. The engineers who work with a customer accurately capture the nature of an issue, share ideas, and verify the design before materializing the product. Our E-Cool thermal insulation paint was initially intended for roofs. We later expanded its application to include floors around swimming pools and parking lots, as well as rubber sheets (e.g., waterproof sheets). We believe that our strength lies in our flexible responses to customer needs, even for a single product, and realizing this potential in a wider range of fields. 

[Representative's message]
We hope to help mitigate environmental burdens with our E-Cool product. This is in response to heightened consciousness of global warming and other environmental issues. Thermal insulation coatings are gaining more recognition in the domestic Japanese market, but it still seems that their application is limited. Most of our current customers are in the construction industry, but our target is not restricted to this field. Overseas markets are untapped territory for us, as our product has not gained high recognition. This is why we hope to use this system to cultivate both the domestic Japanese and overseas markets. At the same time we will further enhance our technological capabilities so that we can respond to customer needs.

Our organization is prepared to smoothly conduct import/export operations because of our existing ink and master roll business (direct or indirect with trading companies). The president has been working as a representative with technical help from the senior development director to acquire new customers. The sales and technology departments are working together on these efforts. This united form of operation helps us to respond and fin solutions whenever a problem arises.
