We perform precision machining to manufacture customized parts for hydro-pneumatic equipment.
Our company mainly performs precision metal working to manufacture parts for hydro-pneumatic equipment used to automate factory production. We cover all processes from material purchase to cutting, shaving, polishing, thermal treatment, surface treatment, inspection, packaging, and delivery. We have an integrated production system to manufacture products on consignment. Our products vary widely from palm-sized articles to 500 mm or even longer. We receive orders for about 600 to 700 articles a month. Our production lots range widely from a single item to 30,000 pieces, and the average is about 300 pieces. We manufacture products using appropriate machines, methods, and processes for each item.
