We are a metal machining company that excels at large articles and difficult-to-machine materials.

We are a metal machining company that excels at processing stainless steel and iron materials with large general-purpose and NC lathes, horizontal NC boring equipment, millers, and radial drilling equipment. We are also proficient in processing difficult-to-machine materials, and have started to process duplex stainless steel (austenitic-ferritic stainless steel). This material is corrosion-resistant and has high strength. It is used for chemical plants, water receiving tanks, reservoirs, oil well tubes, chemical tankers, and so on. We also have a track record of delivering stainless steel diamond rolls, which are the heart of wood chip crushing machines for paper manufacturing. We received Ota City Excellent Factory certification from Ota City in 2007.

Our company has an integrated manufacturing system including material procurement, processing, and surface treatment to reduce customer costs, save trouble, and offer short delivery periods. We have three characteristic strengths. Firstly, we possess long lathes and process large items, and we can use various lathes and millers to process long items as well as large items. Secondly, we handle needs for trial manufacturing, single-item manufacturing, and small lots, and we can satisfy a wide range of customer demands. Thirdly, we provide high-precision processing, and we have been processing centrifuge parts according to strict precision and quality standards for many years. We apply our experience to provide machined products with high stability and precision.

Our company runs a metal machining plant in Jonanjima, Ota City, Tokyo. We excel at processing stainless steel and iron materials in high-mix low-volume production. We mainly use large general-purpose and NC lathes, horizontal NC boring equipment, millers, and radial drilling equipment.

Our company particularly excels at processing special steel including stainless steel. We mainly handle large part processing and related plate working, heat treatment, plating, and polishing under a system that allows us to satisfy a wide range of customer needs. Our plant equipment includes about 20 machine tools including large NC lathes and other large lathes. We work according to a philosophy of providing products that have the highest possible precision at the lowest possible cost.

Our company aims to make use of the opportunities provided by J-GoodTech for the potential to take on the challenge of a wider range of fields. We will work to satisfy needs for new technologies based on improving our engineers’ technologies and cooperation among our bases as well as by applying our accumulated processing technologies. We will promote regular participation by young skilled workers in programs at educational institutions and the like. We hope to establish a system in which we can make use of general-purpose and NC lathes to satisfy needs including high-mix low-volume production.
