We are a compact precision motor manufacturer that has been in business for over 40 years. Our company develops customized motors for each customer instead of conducting catalog sales. These products include DC motors, stepping motors, coreless motors, brushless motors, and motors with reduction gears. These products can also be supplied as monitor units by attaching the necessary parts. We have another line of business in developing, manufacturing, and distributing resin eco limiters and other precision devices. We have manufacturing plants in Shanghai (China) and Hanoi (Vietnam) to supply these products globally. Our optical lens barrel drive motor is ranked as one of the top products in terms of market share. Our company is a certified Sony Global Partner.

We develop customized motors for individual customers instead of conducting catalog sales. Our motors can also be attached to other parts for supply as a motor unit. Our products are manufactured at three production sites, including our domestic plant in Japan, our Shanghai plant, and our Hanoi plant, and then distributed globally. We quickly respond to customer requests on-site because of our small business scale.

Our company has been supporting Japan’s precision machine industry as a compact precision motor developer, manufacturer, and distributor for over 40 years since our establishment. We supply various compact motors to the market based on requests from our customers.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We offer DC motors (outer diameter 8 to 6), stepping motors (outer diameter 4 to 10), and especially coreless motors and brushless motors. Our customers are free to choose the size because the motor casings are manufactured in-house (a new die is required for each model). Injection magnets (core elements), lead screws (for thrust transmissions, which are handled at our Shanghai plant), and bobbin sections for winding parts are manufactured at our overseas plants. The combination of these points realizes a motor that excels in low vibration, high torque, and quick responses to high and low speeds, which no other companies can imitate.

This is why we intend to enter various industries by making use of the technologies we have gained from our past experience. Our own sales forces generally conducts sales promotion through trading companies. Direct selling by our Shanghai plant is our core overseas sales activity in continental Asia.
