[Company strength]
Competition is fierce in the foundry industry, but our employees are as young as 29 on average, and many women play an active role, which is rare for this industry. We excel at manufacturing medium-sized cast products (500 kg to 2 tons), and we can handle materials from FC250 to 350 and FCD450 to 700. We have implemented fluidity and solidification analysis, rigidity analysis, and various IT technologies such as CAD/CAM and topology optimizing software. We can make VE and VA proposals that satisfy customer needs.

[Business description]
Our company manufactures and sells cast products for various fields related to machine tools, industrial robots (surface mounters), public works, food packaging, and so on. We manufacture cast products together with our group company Kokune Works Co., Ltd. under an integrated system from casting and machining to assembly. We are ready to meet various manufacturer requests by making VE and VA proposals that are only possible under an integrated production system.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We contribute to QCDj for our customers by providing integrated production from casting to machining. We have enabled integrated casting with machined parts by making use of rigidity analysis. The advantages of an integrated system include simulation of machining at the design stage, immediate consideration of issues at each process, and also troubleshooting before shipping. Our patented half-cavity mold product has achieved a complicated honeycomb shape that used to be considered impossible with conventional casting technologies.

Our Group is committed to casting. We cast products that are available only from Japan or only from our company, and we improve them with machining. We are an integrated production company that even covers development and analysis. Our products have been changing with the changing times. We receive many requests from Japan’s top manufacturing leaders and satisfy their expectations with our youthful power and high technology. Our Group targets growth with companies and customers by contributing to society through Monozukuri craftsmanship.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our sales department sincerely and quickly handles consultations for technical development. The recent depreciation of the yen has been encouraging manufacturing companies to return to Japan, and we need to be sure to take advantage of this opportunity. We are strengthening our internal system and promoting external sales activities by reinforcing our sales force and reviewing our sales system with the development and engineering departments.

Our domestic Japanese market share is 30% in the industry of mounters that belong to the category of industrial machines, judging from transactions with our customer Y.
