Our company provides press molds, pressed products, and precision machining services to industrial fields such as electronic parts, communications equipment, OA equipment, and automotive electrical equipment. We handle molds from progressive molds, which basically cover single processes, to hybrid molds and semi-automatic inline molds, which pursue ultimate yields and are based on a multi-process structure. We make use of an ultra-precision forming press machine. Our aim is to manufacture pressed products with a wall thickness of 0.1 to 6.0 mm and molding accuracy of 0.03 mm or higher. We will make yield proposals and provide elemental technologies from the start of the design stage until the completion of trials. This is done to achieve zero waste, no dissatisfaction, and no falling behind. We manage all mold components according to identification numbers so we can supply components with a quick turnaround.

[Company strength]
We maintain close communications with each customer after receiving an inquiry and provide scrupulous service that enhances customer satisfaction after receiving an order. We create an advance request document with a target drawing including proposals and requests. The customer is supposed to approve our plan by answering YES to all items in the document. We create a design to visualize the plan and technology and pursue the yield rate when the customer approves the plan. We start trial production (for verification) after the customer approves the layout. We submit an inspection sheet and samples on delivery and also mold components for maintenance at an early stage. Our advantage is our system that enables quick processing from development to trial manufacturing and mass production as a single flow in-house. This is based on our philosophy of making proposals to our customers.

Monozukuri craftsmanship starts from taking the time to inherit reliable technologies. We have almost no overseas rivals for elaborate mold creation making use of the refined five senses of Japanese people. We maximize the use of this delicate sensibility to support requests for products with complicated shapes and difficult-to-implement high technology. We thoroughly pursue this infinite potential while working on development, including mold proposals. We will actively make use of J-GoodTech as an effective sales promotion tool.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
The staff in our sales engineering department handle inquiries and complaints after delivery. The president and all our staff share information and systematically check conditions on a real-time basis. In principle we will visit anywhere in Japan after receiving an order. This is done for meetings to quickly check and propose intended functions and specifications between the customer and designer.
We can arrive from Saga Airport to Haneda Airport at 8:15 a.m. for meetings in the Tokyo area.

We have constructed a system in which mold components are thoroughly managed according to identification numbers so we can supply components with a quick turnaround. This system is highly appreciated, and we have a top-level market share for critical components for our customers.
