Our company is a professional in slotter machining and key groove machining.

We are one of the few companies in Japan to specialize in key groove machining and slotter machining. We have introduced Elmass slotters from overseas in order to achieve precision machining. We also developed our original special machines to satisfy customer requests. We have solved problems related to thin long-stroke articles by introducing equipment equipped with a guide push. We have made it possible to reduce delivery times compared with EDM and wire processing, and we have a track record of cutting costs up to 65%. We excel at processing difficult-to-drill deep holes, thin holes, and blind holes. We are also capable of machining difficult-to-machine materials at a low cost. Such performance has led to us receiving Ota Brand Enterprise, Ota Ward Excellent Factory, and other certifications.
