[Company strength]
Our strength in manufacturing is a production system capable of integrated in-house management of design, manufacture-processing-welding, machine work, painting and device assembly. We reduce invisible management costs, and cost and time for domestic transportation, for which customers must check and confirm the progress of each step such as manufacture-processing-welding, machine work, painting and device assembly, for each subcontractor. We can thereby provide services that unite managing quality and delivery periods. All of our welders are qualified by The Japan Welding Engineering Society, and we also recommend acquiring various skills for machine work. We therefore satisfy our customers with peace of mind.



[Business description]
We were organized in 1999, and dealt with iron members and processing for housing units of Kyushu SEKISUIHEIM Industry Co., Ltd., and apartment house stairs, passages, indoor stairs, etc. We have been expanding our business field since then to include processing techniques such as metal plating, welding and assembly. The business field includes processing of precision machines for manufacturing devices related to liquid crystal panels and semiconductors, and precision manufacturing and processing for machinery stand frames for general industry. We have introduced state-of-the-art machine tools, and combined these newest facilities with our skill set. We are experienced at manufacturing high-quality products by processing large precision parts and precision manufacturing and processing for large stand frames.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We respond to tolerances of +-1/100mm for our machine work and can achieve the opposite-side precision for stand frames of +-1mm/m for manufacture-processing-welding. With an increase in work size in recent years also comes an increase in the size of various production devices. In order to meet such needs, we promptly introduced a large five-face machining equipment and a large baking finish drying furnace (4000mm x 720mm), and have strengthened our ability to respond to orders. We shorten manufacture lead time by unitarily managing CAD and CAM data by an in-house server, and can also quickly respond to changes in customer specifications.

We have developed in step with our customers’ needs. We first consider giving our customers a feeling of security and satisfaction from attractive products and services. To do this, we continuously adopt new processing techniques by introducing top-of-the-line production facilities, and freely use techniques and technical now-how that we have cultivated up to now. We thereby manufacture high-quality and high-accuracy products at a proper price in accordance with customers’ delivery periods. We have taken on challenges until now and will continue meeting challenging requests. 

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We do not have any sales organization or any salespersons, which is one of our characteristics. Our design group directly enters into business negotiations with customers. We think that this is cost effective and leads to accurate technical specifications, prompt in-house actions, and shorter lead times for processes including design, processing and shipment. We therefore we have continued with this style since our foundation. We are proud that even new customers feel comfortable dealing with us. We are not considering to progress with development overseas as a single company.
