[Company strength]
Our company excels at press working of metal sheets from 1.2 to 9.0 mm thick, and particularly deep drawing of 6.0 mm or thicker sheets. We excel at manufacturing round rods using an NC lathe, working the internal surfaces of pipe materials using a broaching machine, and forging and cutting using a machining center. We ship 100,000 products a day by making use of automatic machines with high production efficiency for assembly. Our tri-polar network linking Japan, China, and the USA enables attractively low pricing and global sales.

[Business description]
Our company provides integrated handling of automobile door parts and body lifting jacks from design and development to production and shipping as functional parts for major automobile manufacturers. We manufacture products by pressing, machining (using machining centers, NC lathes, broaching, etc.), welding, resin molding (subsidiary), and assembly in-house. We optimize the shape, reduce the weight, and solve other issues in design and development to provide products that satisfy customer needs.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We manufacture door-related parts from high-tension steel plates (JSH 780, etc.) to improve safety against side collisions and reduce plate thickness. Thin plates reduce weight and consequently improve fuel efficiency. We have various testers and can facilitate product maturation by experimental evaluation. Our company manufactures 25,000,000 articles annually, but only one of them is found defective (0.04 ppm). We satisfy customers with stable quality and supply and have never caused a recall incident in the past 60 years.

We have been developing, producing, and selling automotive functional parts under an integrated system as a comprehensive manufacturer of automotive parts since our establishment in 1955. Industrial needs and market trends are becoming more diverse and sophisticated, so we are also challenging ourselves to exploit new potential in information and communications as well as other fields. We are gaining high levels of trust from customers by developing and manufacturing optimal products. We hope to contribute to social development by enriching and utilizing our overseas sites to manufacture environmentally friendly, value-added products with a global network. Our development department single-handedly develops sales channels. This department is organized from staff experienced in sales and design, and they always make the utmost effort to provide immediate, attentive, and flexible support. We advanced into China in 1994 and constructed the largest factory in our group for domestic business in China, which also supports exports to the USA and Japan.
