As a metal heat treatment professional, we have also entered the aeronautical field.
We conduct metal heat treatment, metal surface modification treatment, and friction welding. We are a group of professionals, including four “Contemporary Master Craftsmen” and 10 expert metal heat treatment engineers as the leading technicians. We were the first in Japan to obtain JIS quenching/tempering certification. We obtained ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification in the very early days as a heat treatment specialist. Currently, we are qualified to receive orders for aerospace components as we have obtained JIS Q 9100 (Aerospace Quality Management System) and Nadcap (global certification for special processes of aerospace components).

We provide customers with performance and quality that makes them proud of using our plant for heat treatment (JIS Q 9100 Quality Policy). We were the first in Japan to acquire JIS quenching/tempering certification and the first and second heat treatment company to acquire ISO 90001 and ISO 14001, respectively. Currently we are qualified to receive orders for aerospace components as we have obtained JIS Q 9100 (Aerospace Quality Management System) and Nadcap (global certification for special processes of aerospace components). We introduced a vacuum furnace for aerospace components in 2010. [Business description] Our scope of business includes: 1. Metal heat treatment (quenching and tempering of high-speed steel and martensitic stainless steel, spring steel, bearing steel, structural steel, carbon tool steel, and alloy tool steel; solution treatment of austenitic stainless steel; and aging treatment, subzero treatment and cryogenic treatment of age-hardened steel) and precision heat treatment testing 2. Metal surface modification treatment (TiN and TiCN coating treatment by ion plating, WPC treatment, gas soft nitriding treatment, stream treatment, and composite treatment) 3. Friction welding (friction welding of tool materials and mechanical components) [Industry] Metal heat treatment, metal surface modification treatment, and friction welding [Strength of products/technologies] While the tempering temperature for ordinary steels ranges from 800 to 1050°C, we excel at conducting special heat treatment that requires high-temperature heating at around 1,200°C. While unevenness in heating and cooling tends to occur for large products, our veteran workers have excellent know-how in high-precision heating and cooling to ensure longer service life than by other methods. Our salt bath heat treatment technique can accept materials as heavy as 500 kg in our largest furnace of 450 x 450 x 1,500 mm (depth). Our heat treatment by vacuum furnace can accept processed items having dimensions of 600 x 1,000 x 600 mm (height) in up to 6 bar nitrogen gas cooling.
